The Sacred Debating Chamber was no doubt quite a sight in its day, but now it's just a ruin. Guzzle is the only one who goes there, and Guzzle being Guzzle, he uses it as a target range. The Sacred Debating Chamber is not far from Igue-Moor Fuel Depot, on the outskirts of Babu Yar.
