Brunt is a tank that turns into the main tower of Trypticon's city mode and the main gun of his battle station mode. Though one or both of the latter modes have been seen in each of the continuities Trypticon has appeared in, the tank mode is a much rarer sight. Only one universe acknowledges Brunt's separate existence, and even then just as a mindless drone.

- Brunt's only independent mode is a tank. When he transforms, he combines with Trypticon as a tower in his city mode. In battle station mode, the tower folds down to become the main cannon.
