Marcellus "Marc" Swint (born June 18, 1987) is an American voice actor and engineer known by his online handle as "Th3Engineer" (In case you haven't guessed). He's known for his roles as Kiawe in the Pokémon Sun & Moon anime, Barclay in Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt: Bandit Flower, Necalli in Street Fighter V (a game in which he was also part of the localization team), Block Man in Mega Man 11, and Mason in Mass Effect: Paragon Lost.

Outside of professional voice acting, Swint has an extensive career in "new media", both as an actor and producer. He created the opening sequence of Anime Abandon, and built and maintains the website for Atop the Fourth Wall. He's had many collaborations with TeamFourStar, creating the web-series Dieseldust, providing the voices of Rude from Final Fantasy VII: Machinabridged, The Captain and Willingham from Hellsing Ultimate Abridged, the Dukes of Hazard-esque narrator from Dragon Ball Z Abridged: Super Android 13 and Hannes from the sole episode of Attack on Titan Abridged.
