Initial T is a character from the Cybertron portion of the Unicron Trilogy continuity family.
Bigfoot is blurry. That's extra scary to me. Somewhere there's an out of focus monster roaming the countryside. (Initial T is (presumably) the front silhouette in the top-left of the image.)

Initial T hasn't done much aside from loom threateningly.

Fiction

Cybertron cartoon

After the defeat of the Decepticons and the beginning of the mission of exploration, Leobreaker and Menasor encountered Initial T and Initial T's goons on an unknown planet. Beginning

Ask Vector Prime

Very little is known about the enigmatic Initial T; no images or records of Initial T's entire body are known, not even to the scholars of Axiom Nexus. The name first surfaced on Velocitron's databases in conjunction with fixed races. Various scattered reports continued to surface afterwards from all across the galaxy. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/08

In Aurex 006.0 Kappa, Initial T was one of several players in a high-stakes game of Triad on Monacus, in which the prize was the Transwarp Blaster. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/17
