Fiction

2005 IDW continuity

After devising a plan to overload Vector Sigma and kill the Functionist Council who had merged with the computer via opening a Matrix at all of Cybertron's hot spots, Velocity and Krok were sent to Eugenesis. As Velocity struggled to open her Matrix, the duo came under attack from a contingent of Functionaries before Rodimus's speech to the group allowed the Camien to overcome her doubts and open the Matrix, the energy travelling down to Vector Sigma with the eleven other pulses and killing the councillors. A Spark Among Embers

Notes

  • "Eugenesis" obviously derives its name from James Roberts's famous fan-novel. The word is defined as "the quality or condition of having strong reproductive powers," which is very fitting for a hot spot.
