George Hosato Takei (born April 20, 1937) is an American screen and voice actor for television and film, known for his sexy, sexy baritone voice.
His long list of voice acting credits include the Godzilla film series, a historically inaccurate version of Greek astronomer Ptolemy, Ricardio the Heart Guy from Adventure Time, The First Ancestor from Mulan, Mr. Fixx from Batman: Beyond, General Lok Durd from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Akira from The Simpsons, Masumi Arakawa from Yakuza: Like A Dragon, and an obscure 1970s gem called Star Trek: The Animated Series, where he voiced Kuri and some other minor character.

- Takei was a frequent collaborator with fellow Transformers voice actor Leonard Nimoy over the years, working together on literally dozens of film, television and video game projects.
