David Mendenhall (born in Oceanside, California on June 13, 1971) is a former child actor. In live-action, he has appeared on Taxi, Diff'rent Strokes, and The Forgotten. As a voice actor, he worked on the '80s Berensteinstain Bears cartoon, the "Rainbow Brite" movie, and Robo Force; he also portrayed a young version of Mainframe in the G.I. Joe cartoon.
In 1988, Mendenhall won two Golden Raspberry awards, "Worst Supporting Actor" and "Worst New Star", for his appearance in the Sylvester Stallone professional arm-wrestling magnum opus Over the Top. He probably leaves those off his resume.
