{{columnlist}} or {{Collist}} is used to make long lists display in a multi-column format. If the first paremeter is a number, the list will display in that fixed number of variable-width columns. (If the first parameter is not set, the list displays normally.)
An optional parameter colwidth=30em can be set to make the list display in a variable number of fixed-width columns. (em, px, ex, in, cm, mm, pt, pc) As of this writing (Sep-07-07) this option may not work on non-Geko-based browsers. (Read: IE before v7.) It should be used sparingly until widely supported.
