Seeker Scouts are a mass-produced Decepticon body-type from the Revenge of the Fallen video game portion of the live-action film series continuity family.

This worked in the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie.

Seeker Scouts are Decepticon foot soldiers resembling Thrust that can turn into F/A-18 Hornets. They can attack enemies from afar with their bullet-spreading turrets and their homing missile launchers.
