Mark Watts is an artist who produced package art and promotional art for Hasbro near the very beginning of the Generation 1 era. He produced the package art for the 1984 mini-vehicles as well as Shockwave and Jetfire.
Additionally, he painted at least two images used in toy pack-in flyers from the Generation 1 era. One is from "Have the Decepticons defeated us once and for all?", and the other is from "Can one boy, alone, hold back the evil Decepticons?".
