The culmination of Megatron's research with his counterparts in dozens of universes, the Chaotizer (カオタイザー Kaotaizā) is designed to enslave the Beast of Time, Hytherion. By overwriting the creature's higher functions and inscribing Megatron's own operating code upon the Hytherion's nucleus, the Decepticon leader becomes its master.
