Housing the Autobot High Council and the Council of Ancients, the High Council Pavilions were the center of government on Cybertron.
Fiction
The High Council Pavilions was the main center of government in Iacon before and during the Great War. After Optimus Prime became leader of the Autobots, a Decepticon assassination squad managed to breach the Pavilions security and nearly succeeded in killing Prime. Later, the High Council Pavilions became the Autobots main base when Shockwave launched an attack on Iacon.
