Despite his short stature, Malignus is a Decepticon with big dreams. Having built up a network of loyal Transformers and human collaborators over the years, Malignus plots to turn the pent-up tensions of the Cold War against all of humanity — so as to foment its extinction!

Gathering a cadre of powerful Decepticons, Malignus sent them to infiltrate the Eastern powers.
