The Transformers

  • Pepsi Optimus Prime (1985)
Canadians get the best things.
A limited edition variant of Optimus Prime was available with additional "Pepsi" stickers on the trailer. The Canadian version sported yet another variant with a large sticker covering the entire side of the trailer.

Transformers (2007)

In 2008, Hasbro released a Robot Heroes figure of Dispensor, a Mountain Dew vending machine Transformer seen in the film. However, the figure is adorned with no Mountain Dew logos, so it's apparently not an official PepsiCo promotion product

Notes

  • A variant of Payload, crudely textured with a shoddily compressed Pepsi livery, can be found in the internal files for Transformers The Game. It was most likely cut early in development.
