Chopper is a light redeco of Charlie Chopper. He transforms into an orange and white rescue chopper and has electronic phrases: push down on his cockpit windshield to make him say one of a combination of phrases, which differ in robot mode and vehicle mode. He has an articulated right thumb which allows him to give you a thumbs up.

This mold was also used for Airlift Andy.
