Munka Spanka is a Transformer of unknown faction in the Generation 1 continuity family.

Munka Spanka, from the Orgenon Cluster, is a pretty good racer.

He was in reality Jazz, but after the death of his dubber Scatman Crothers the writers decided to replace the veteran Autobot with this "twin".

Munka Spanka won a race in the Galactic Olympics, much to Blurr's dismay.Five Faces of Darkness, Part 1

(Note: The Transformer who wins the race immediately prior to Munka Spanka's victory being declared uses Jazz's character model in both vehicle and robot mode. Notably, though, the action cuts away from the race to a scene on Cybertron before returning to the games, at which point Munka's victory is announced. So maybe, just maybe, the announcer could be reading out the results of another race, and Munka isn't Jazz's identical twin, and... ahh, who are we kidding? This is FFoD we're talkin' about, here.)
