Talk:Munka Spanka
So there's a canonical TF character named "Munka Spanka"? Damn, I really need to watch FFoD again.--TVsGrady 20:22, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
- Well, as noted, Jazz is seen during the race, and wins (with a goofy happy pose). The scene cuts to the alien announcer dude who said that Munka Spanka was the guy that won. It's quite possible that was supposed to be Jazz, but they changed the line after Scatman Crothers died. --FFN 08:36, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Is this for real? As the article noted, the Jazzy-guy race and the Munka Spanka announcement are in two different scenes; I've never heard of someone suggesting they are one and the same. What, if anything, links that name to that image? I see no reason at all to doubt that Jazzy-guy is, in fact, Jazz. --Thylacine 2000 17:17, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- It really does seek like an absurd stretch. There's no clear implication from the scene cut that Rodimus and company are cheering for a different race, but an odd editing choice seems far more likely than the existence of a guy who looks exactly like Jazz and yet isn't even from Cybertron. -- Repowers 18:03, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- There's a scene cut. It takes a rather baroque reading of the episode to read the race as the same event whose results are being announced as they cut back to Athenia. See here. -Derik 18:19, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
- Rodimus Prime announces the start of the games. A race is shown featuring white Porche guy. Bumblebee thought Blurr was supposed to be in the race, but Blurr got called away on a mission. Cut. Perceptor, Wheelie, and Blurr discuss transformation cogs while watching the same race. White Porche guy wins. Wheelie and Blurr are disappointed since Blurr could have won the race if he was there. Cut. Announcer declares Munka Spanka from the Orgenon Cluster to be the winner.
- All any of the Autobots talk about is how Blurr was supposed to be in the race but got called away. Blurr and Wheelie are nothing but disappointed, as if if Blurr were there, he could have won one for the Autobots. Clearly Munka Spanka from the Orgenon Cluster won that first race, even if Jazz's animation model is an animation error. - Starfield 18:55, 7 October 2012 (EDT)

Maybe in the language that the announcer speaks "Munka Spanka" is how Jazz is pronounced and Cybertron is located in the "Orgenon Cluster" My name is Marc but some of my Spanish speaking friends call me Marcus (the Spanish way of saying it) 156.33.195.254 16:25, 22 June 2012 (EDT)
