Brawler is a Decepticon from the Human Alliance portion of the live-action film series continuity family.

Brawler is a Decepticon that looks a lot like Brawl.

Brawler appeared in the steets of England, aiding Soundwave and Laserbeak in their assault, but was quickly defeated by the combined efforts of Sideswipe, Jake, and Vanessa. Transformers: Human Alliance

Brawler shares far more than a passing resemblance to Brawl from the first film. Given the game's...less than ideal translations, it is entirely possible Brawler was actually intended to be the same character, but was given an incorrect name due to a translation error.
