- Heave is an Autobot Micromaster from the Generation 1 continuity family.

Heave is, at his core, a mild-mannered astronomer, but he has sworn an oath to use his talents to fight the Decepticons. Nevertheless, he's a reluctant fighter at best, and would much rather use his sensors, which can pick up transmissions from a parsec away, to examine the mysteries of the universe, rather than get literally dragged into battle by his brash combiner partner, Barrage. Heave may be tough, and like the rest of his teammates has cyclonic steel armor capable of protecting him from most energy blasts, but that doesn't change the fact that when his partner drags him into battle, Heave is rarely actually prepared. Not that his teammates on the Astro Squad are very sympathetic to the shy 'bot's plight whenever this happens. Most times, they'll just laugh. The jerks.[1]
And, his name is really unfortunate.

Beast Wars: Uprising
Heave was stationed at a trans-hyperwave caster station in Proximax. When the Antares Eight stormed the tower, Bladez ripped Heave from his sniper's nest atop the structure, dropping him pleadingly to the ground below. Cultural Appropriation

He was only available in a six-pack with his fellow Astro Squad members Barrage, Blast Master, Missile Master, Moonrock, and Phaser.
- Radar Hover W Team (Micro Trailer Team, 1991)
- ID number: C-366
- Accessories: Micro Trailer #6
- In Japan, Heave came as part of the Radar Hover W Team, with Barrage, Power Run, and Strikedown. The toys are identical to their Hasbro releases. The Team also came with a Micro Trailer.
