- Jeerermonkey is a Laser Beast from the Generation 1 continuity family.
Jeerermonkey (ジーラモンキー Jīramonkī) is part of the intelligence unit of the Laser Beast army, serving under Rainbow Sam. A genius and an avid reader, Jeerermonkey has many tales to regale his comrades with. He is also good-humored and finds it easy to get along with anybody. It is thanks to his social skills and eloquent speech that he can pull out one's deepest secrets in causal conversation, a trait amendable to his job in the intelligence unit. Also aiding him is his stealth and agility.
Also helpful is Jeerermonkey's Talk Flush Laser, which loosens the tongue of anybody shot with it.

Jeerermonkey resided in the Laser Beasts' underground city while their society grew more and more cold-hearted. Legend of the Three Wise Ones He participated in the invasion of the surface and war with the Beastformers who lived there, and during one battle was sent fleeing by the Sheep Hunter and Stag Hunter. - Part of the second —and rarer— assortment of Takara's Beastformers individually-boxed Laser Beasts, Jeerermonkey is an anthropomorphic proboscis monkey in high-tech black armor. His left arm ends in a multi-bladed fan. He has a transparent orb in his torso, revealing the elemental power of Fire, Water, or Wood when you look through it into a light source.
- Nominally, he comes with the monkey-themed "Talk Flush Laser" blaster. However, there is also a chance he could come with the weapon from one of the other 11 Laser Beasts in his shipping case; matching the Beasts with their same-numbered weapons was part of the "role-playing game" attached to the line, encouraging kids to buy more of the toys.
- This toy was never released in Hasbro's Battle Beasts line, not even in the limited capacity most "Shadow Warriors" were. As such, it commands a high price on the secondary market.
