The Ducktaphone consists of a common Earth megaphone with a number of rubber ducks attached to it. Its primary use is commanding Scraplets.

The recruits were given the task of taming a collection of Scraplets. When Medix discovered that the critters responded to the squeak of a rubber duck, he created the Ducktaphone to make it easier to communicate with them.
