IDW Publishing has announced that they will be releasing a comic series that will accompany the Transformers Animated cartoon series. The issues of this comic will parallel the cartoon episodes, with the first issue covering the show's pilot and each subsequent issue covering two cartoon episodes. The first two issues are expected to go on sale January 15 of 2008.
