The Time blaster is a Mercenary weapon from the Cyberverse continuity family.
The Time blaster, as its name suggests, has the ability to freeze time. Essentially an Immobilizer on steroids, even entire planets are vulnerable to it. The only way to avoid its effects is to be simply out of range.
