Ivan is a Mini-Con from the live-action film series and Unicron Trilogy continuity families.
Full name: Ivan Dragotron.

Legends World

Megatron stole Ivan during his trip to the Legends World, holding the dinosaur in his hand as he delighted in how many Mini-Cons there were to take in this world. Bonus Edition Vol. EX

Ask Vector Prime

Ivan, along with Paulie and Thunderlips, is a member of the Saurian Strike Team in Aurex-cluster realities. Vector Prime notes that he has an English-language name, but is unable to recall it. Ask Vector Prime, 2015/09/28

"Dinobot Micron" Ivan is a redeco of Classics Terrorsaur, transforming into a robotic Tyrannosaurus rex. His coloration is based on the toy decos commonly given to fellow T.rex Grimlock.
He was only available individually as a Toys"R"Us exclusive campaign item in Japan, free with the purchase of 3000 yen worth of Lost Age product starting on July 19th (while supplies lasted).
This mold was also used to make Gnashteeth, Chromebite, 2008 Universe Ransack, and Dark of the Moon Dualor.
