Wanna make somethin' of it?

Bodyscrappers are unscrupulous bounty hunters aligned with the Autobots. They usually target Decepticons, but will not hesitate to turn on each other if it improves their payout.

IDW Shattered Glass comic

[edit]

At some point following the war, a team of bodyscrappers including Brainstorm, Chromedome, Highbrow, and Hardhead subdued Reflector. They were soon joined by Blurr, a former scout.

In the present day, Blurr was hired to hunt down Sixshot, a Decepticon straggler taking refuge in Prowl's territory. He fought off a rival team of bounty hunters before executing the Decepticon. While he brought the dismembered remains to Ratchet in Gold City, Hardhead and Chromedome took on Goldbug's contract to kill Starscream. They managed to weaken the Decepticon lieutenant, and came close to capturing him, but were denied their bounty by Blurr's last-second intervention. Blurr's brief alliance with Starscream proved to be more than a match for the two, and they were left incapacitated.

In the Static Zone, Blurr planned to gain Starscream's trust, before leading him to the volcano range of Chrome Ridge, where his quarry would be vulnerable. However, Starscream struck first and used Blurr's own hubris to kill the bodyscrapper. Shattered Glass #1
