Lew Stringer (born March 22, 1959) is a British comics writer and artist from [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Nuneaton|{{#if:||Nuneaton}}]]. He produced many humour strips for various Marvel UK comics, including both Robo-Capers and Combat Colin for the Marvel UK Transformers comic.

Amongst his other well known strips are Brickman, Macho Man, Tom Thug and Postman Prat, alongside work for many different titles such as Sonic the Comic and The Beano.

A self-professed fan of the industry, Stringer maintained "Blimey! It's another blog about comics!" for thirteen years, looking at the past and present of British comics, often providing information on historic trends. He continues to work as a freelance cartoonist.
