Synopsis
Lucky you! A rather tipsy-looking Ultra Magnus has decided that you, yes YOU, are to be the next S.T.A.R.S. commander. So use this special human power of yours, this "imagination" as some would call it, and pay attention to the com-put-tor monitor as Magnus tells you all about...
With that phase of your training completed, you must now "requisition" those Transformers which you wish to be a part of your command. Get some videos, too; they'll let you review the raging Autobot-Decepticon conflict at your leisure. And get the top-secret S.T.A.R.S. kit, as well. Send your requisition in to Ultra Magnus TODAY!
Notes
- "TODAY" = on or before December 31, 1987, the offer's date of expiration.
- Yes, the mail-in form actually is addressed to Ultra Magnus.
- Magnus notes that the Omnibots are due to fight a war in "another universe" unless you order them by March 31, 1987.
- Prices included:
- $10 + 2 robot points each for Reflector and Thundercracker
- $8 + 2 robot points for each of the Autobot cars
- $5 + 2 robot points for each Omnibot, or all three for $12.50.
- $25 + 3 robot points for "The Ultimate Doom" on VHS
- $15 + 2 robot points for "S.O.S. Dinobots" on VHS
- $6.50 for S.T.A.R.S. membership
- This continues a loose story that runs through a few years' worth of toy pack-in flyers. The micro-continuity conforms to no particular major continuity, but it's also vague enough that it doesn't contradict anything too blatantly.
