Well, the art was commissioned by Fun Publications under licence, so I guess it is technically valid for us to display as a main image.

  • Synapse (Micron Booster, 2004)
    • Booster ID number: 3
Synapse is a redeco of the "Corona" Sparkplug toy, transforming into a Cybertronic sports car. He was sold only as part of the second Micron Booster assortment in Japan, in individual, blind-packed boxes so you did not know which Mini-Con you got until you opened the box and opaque black plastic bag inside.
Synapse uses the same mold as Chrome and Thyristor. The original version of the mold is used by Atlas and Rod.

Notes

  • Circa 2007, the Transformers Collectors' Club commissioned profile art for Synapse, to be given the localized name Impulse, but it was never officially used due to the Mini-Con bio program going defunct. Artist MCRG would later post it to DeviantArt.[1]
