Admin Force is a subgroup of G.I. Joe from the 2005 IDW continuity portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

One of the less glamorous branches of the crime-fighting organisation G.I. Joe, Admin Force are responsible for overseeing the bureaucracy and paperwork that such an enterprise entails.

Members:

They are also equipped with the Action Van.

2005 IDW continuity

[edit]

When G.I. Joe first went public, Admin Force were proud to serve alongside their more action-oriented colleagues but over time the endless paperwork—punctuated only by the occasional visit to a university to warn millennials about the dangers of the terrorist organization Cobra—wore down the team and one by one they all resigned apart from MP3, who continued to roam Texas in his Action Van alone.

When a giant robotic Tyrannosaurus rex rampaged through Amarillo, Texas, MP3 was one of the first responders and teamed up with two members of M.A.S.K. who introduced themselves as Alex Higgins and Dennis Taylor. Unfortunately the Action Van broke down while pursuing their quarry and when Alex and Dennis unmasked to reveal their somewhat... unorthodox faces, MP3 fainted from shock. After a slight misunderstanding involving a premature burial, his new companions revealed themselves to be Decepticons in disguise and looking for a chance for some adventure, MP3 agreed to help their colleague Crankcase and a Dire Wraith named CONS4EVA conduct a ceremony to initiate a Crossover, which conjured up a very small interdimensional portal.

Afterwards, given the opportunity to tag along with the Scavengers, the last remaining member of Admin Force posted his resignation letter to Scarlett through the portal, but when the Decepticons left Earth without him (thanks to Fulcrum's hatred of humans' sweatiness) he was left frantically reaching through the portal in an attempt to get the letter back. Nothing Will Ever Be the Same Again!

Notes

[edit]
  • Admin Force is not only a joke on G.I. Joe's extremely specialised sub-groups, it's also a pun on Action Force.
