Party Wallop transforms from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Party Wagon, as seen in the [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 TV series)|{{#if:1987 animated series|1987 animated series|Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987 TV series)}}]], to a 7 inch tall robot.

The figure's primary play feature is its customizability: via the swappable heads and accessories, and the rotating belt buckle, it can be displayed as any of the four Ninja Turtles. In addition, the vehicle's front is a separate part that acts as either an arm-mounted shield or chest armor in robot mode. A very cute detail about this front section is that the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" insignia on the front is removable, revealing a teeny-tiny pepperoni pizza on the underside.

Rather than being packaged in a box like previous Collaborative figures, Party Wallop comes packaged in an large blister pack. Said blister pack uses Generation 1-style package design not dissimilar to Ectotron and Gigawatt, with "rips" in the packaging revealing images of the four Turtles, which reuse contemporary stock art styled after the '80s cartoon.

Party Wallop was accidentally revealed a bit too early by an Amazon Australia listing, which was taken down shortly thereafter. He was then properly revealed on the March 28 Hasbro Pulse fanstream the next day... but not before listings began appearing again, this time making him available for pre-order upwards of a few hours ahead of schedule. He's currently set for release in July 2024.

Notes

• Party Wallop's pupil-less, toothy scowl recalls the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure range by [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Playmates Toys|{{#if:||Playmates Toys}}]], which (partially thanks to using the original [[wikipedia:{{#if:|:}}Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage Studios)|{{#if:comic series|comic series|Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Mirage Studios)}}]] as a basis) used this expression for nearly every figure of the four Ninja Turtles.
