::The reasoning is that, even though it seems to ''work'', all the Mediawiki help files that talk about how to make headers say to start with two. [[wikipedia:Help:Section]] says that starting with one is undesirable because the section heading is then the same size as the page title. - The reasoning is that, even though it seems to work, all the Mediawiki help files that talk about how to make headers say to start with two. wikipedia:Help:Section says that starting with one is undesirable because the section heading is then the same size as the page title.
