Starriors is a Tomy toyline and a spin-off of Zoids.
Fiction
Ask Vector Prime
When asked if he had ever heard of Starriors, Vector Prime misinterpreted the question and thought that they were referring to a much more famous science fiction franchise. Ask Vector Prime 2015/06/13
However, he later clarified that the exploits of the Starriors are canon to Cymond 1184.0 Gamma. Ask Vector Prime 2015/06/15
Notes
- Although technically an offshoot of Zoids, the two franchises do not share any connections storywise.
- A number of Starriors have made cameos in Transformers media. Crank, Cricket, Cut-Up and Deadeye were all briefly mentioned in prose stories from the Transformers Collectors' Club, while Slaughter Steelgrave appeared in The AllSpark Almanac II as a character in the fictional Ninja Gladiator video game.
- The franchise's Destructor faction inspired a group of Predacons featured in the prose story "The Razor's Edge", consisting of Bolar, Deadeye, Sawtooth, and Steelgrave.
