Notes
- The ad hoc designation "Black Viper" was used in a "Toys For Tots" charity auction listing at BotCon 1996. This wiki opts to use it as a placeholder article title owing the complete lack of any known bio, faction, or gender for this character.
- We assume Hasbro did get somewhere with ideas because "Black Viper" received package art, which was on display during the walking tour of HasCon 2017. Said art was later revealed to the public by Instagram-based fan @roboticplanettoys in 2021. Alas, its existence was discovered too late to appear in 2014's Legacy: The Art of Transformers Packaging, which did include Rumble, "4X", "911", and Hound (but not "Purple Mercedes").
