Hybrid Technologies, sometimes shortened to Hy-Tech is a major electronics corporation on Earth. The founder of the company died, leaving it to his daughter, Astoria Carlton-Ritz. Apparently, the Autobots had heard of this company, as Optimus Prime was impressed that Ms. Carlton-Ritz was now the proprietor of the business. The Girl Who Loved Powerglide
