Evan Stanley (born October 27, 1992) is an American freelance comic book illustrator and writer. She is best known for her work with the Sonic the Hedgehog series, having first started as a Sonic fan artist before being becoming an official artist for Archie Comics' Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Universe series in 2011. She has been an artist for IDW Publishing's Sonic series since its inception, including designing fan favorite character Whisper the Wolf, and later became one of its lead writers alongside Ian Flynn. She also wrote several issues for Archie Sonic, as well as the Sonic Boom cartoon episode "Three Men and My Baby!", and eventually became a lead artist for Sega's internal Sonic lore team, contributing to games like Sonic X Shadow Generations.

Outside of Sonic the Hedgehog, Stanley has contributed to other projects such as Archie's Cosmo comics and the video game Concrete Genie.
