- Crasher is a renegade Decepticon from the Generation 1 continuity families.
Crasher is a repeated easter egg/homage to the Tonka GoBots character of the same name. It may be assumed that, like her Go-bots counterpart, she is female, but this IS only an assumption.

Trivia
- Bugbite was part of an extra-dimensional team of Go-Bots that traveled to the TF Multiverse, it is unrevealed (as very little is revealed about her at all) whether Crasher might be the same, or if she is just a TF universe alternate version of the character.
- The GoBots version of Crasher (like all GoBots) was actually a cyborg and not a robot, while her Transformers counterpart is probably 100% robotic.
