MediaWiki:Featured Article Nominations

This page is to be used to nominate featured articles for the Main Page. There is no guarantee that any pages nominated here will be picked, as ultimately the selected featured article is at the sole discretion of site owner ItsWalky.

When nominating pages, provide an explanation of why you believe it deserves to be featured, and — if you think it would be best suited to a certain month — an explanation of why it should be picked for that month.

• Transformers: Devastation. Devastation was the last game released as part of Activision's 10-year licensing deal, the last TF console game released for five years until Battlegrounds came out in October 2020, and one of the more beloved games in the franchise. The article is fully-featured, with a complete plot summary, a detailed gameplay section, multiple images, and a comprehensive list of callbacks to past TF media. • DreamMix TV World Fighters. Similarly comprehensive, to the point where our coverage was basically quoted word-for-word by Did You Know Gaming. • Transformer. Such a big, obvious one that it's kind of surprising it hasn't been done yet - maybe for a wiki anniversary? • The Transformers: The Movie. A detailed and entertainingly-written page for possibly the most iconic piece of "Generation 1" media. Kind of sad it didn't get featured earlier, in my opinion. Maybe give a little check over before featuring, but I personally don't think much needs improving. Additionally, featuring this page next month would coincide with its 35th birthday. • Discord (MLP). • Yonezawa Toys: Why, what could be more interesting to a Transformers wiki than the company which birthed the very concept of a transforming robot? Yonezawa is a really neat manufacturer with an interesting bit of Transformers interaction that hadn't yet been undocumented in this wiki up until recently, and I believe it'd make a great featured article. • Sideways (Armada): Pretty comprehensive coverage of the character (no missing fiction, plenty of images, etc.) and he recently won a Hall of Fame vote for best exclusive figure of the year. Plus, it's Sideways -- I feel like he's a fairly significant character, considering all of the different iterations of himself he's inspired all of these years down the line.
