Hasbro Entertainment is the current media production arm of Hasbro. First established on August 16, 2023, It is the successor to both Allspark and their previous title, Hasbro Studios in the wake of the sale of Entertainment One, minus their family-related brands to Lionsgate for $500 million.[1] The company's key figures include Olivier Dumont as president, Zev Foreman as head of film, and Gabriel Marano as head of television.[2] After two years since the branch's formation, Dumont later exited the company in September 2025 with Kim Boyd being handpicked as his successor.[3]
Relevant to this wiki, their first Transformers-related productions under their new name are the EarthSpark animated series on Nickelodeon and the feature film, Transformers One released by Paramount Pictures.
