TFWiki.net, the Transformers Wiki has a very informal policy regarding deletion of files. Files are usually deleted without active debate as the vast majority of files deleted are not overly contentious. These fall into several broad categories.
Leaked material
Files that are not from official sources are generally deleted out of hand, unless it can be proven that they are legitimate and released through the proper channels. See our official info policy for more details on this.
Bad filenames
Files whose filenames do not make their subject matter easy to discern but are otherwise useful to the wiki may be deleted and re-uploaded under a better filename. This also applies to files that are in formats that this wiki prefers not to use. See our image policy for more details on this.
Images from outside the Transformers brand
Unless such images can be used to illustrate a point in an article, images not originating within the Transformers brand are deleted out of hand. The exceptions to this are user images. You are allowed one personal image to place on your user page. Images in excess of this will be deleted. See our userpage policy for more details on this.
