- Sonic is an Autobot Micromaster from the Zone portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

Sonic is the Micromaster partner to the Autobot Sonic Bomber, and helps him fend off the Nine Great Demon Generals.

- Sonic transforms into a Porsche 928S sportscar. He was only available with his larger partner Sonic Bomber, whose "base" mode has a ramp mechanism to launch the tiny Transformer.
- Big Powered (Multi-pack, 1990)

- All three Powered Masters (Sonic Bomber, Dai Atlas and Road Fire) as well as their Micromaster partners were also available in a great big gift set.
Trivia
- When Sonic Bomber was redecoed as the "Hiryu" mechanoid in Takara's non-TF Brave Express Might Gaine toyline, Sonic was included as well.
