The name Inferno has been applied to several Transformers characters.
- Inferno the Autobot fire truck from Generation 1.
- Inferno the Predacon fire ant from Beast Wars.
- Inferno, the original name for Pit, the factory of Predacon Protoforms. The name was changed due to a Predacon named Inferno was added to the cast.
Inferno is also the title of an episode in the Cybertron animated series.
