The Lightformers are an Autobot subgroup from the Generation 1 and Generation 2 portions of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Lightformers are two Autobots who fight using big artillery platforms in either mode. They are:

The Lightformers were again available as part of the Generation 2 toyline a year later. The toys themselves were identical to their earlier versions, but were now packaged in Generation 2-themed blister cards instead of Generation 1 boxes.
