I am not totally satisfied with the word "franchise" as I've used it here and in the continuities article, but I'm at a loss for anything better. I am open to suggestions if somebody has a better word. Whatever word we pick, I think it would help if all editors used it consistently.

Category suggestion
I'd like to suggest creating Category:Hasbro franchises and Categor:Takara franchises to separate the franchises. --TX55TALK 06:38, 16 October 2009 (EDT)
Categorizing
IIRC, shouldn't NAME (franchise) be always on the top of its category? Take Victory for example, It should be look like:

Victory (franchise) - [[Category:Victory| ]] Victory (cartoon) - [[Category:Victory|*]] Victory (manga) - [[Category:Victory|*]] Victory (toyline) - [[Category:Victory|*]]
