Sureshock is a Mini-Con from the Unicron Trilogy.

In an alternate timeline, Sureshock is one of the evil minions of the Decepticon Sunstorm.

(Note: Numerous sources list Sureshock as a female character during Armada, however, the bio for the Cybertron toy identifies him as male.)

Japanese names: Arcee (Armada), Charge (Energon)

This mold was also used for Damper and Throttle.
