The unnamed Decepticon medic supervises the medical bay of the Fortress Sinister along with his assistants Spectro, Spyglass and Viewfinder. He reports directly to Megatron.
Fiction
The Decepticon medic supervised repairs on Frenzy, Rumble, Soundwave (blunt impact injuries sustained during Spider-Man and Gears's invasion of Fortress Sinister). He presumably performed the reconstruction on Skywarp (totaled by a direct hit from one of Sunstreaker's ground-to-air missiles) himself. The repairs on Skywarp were almost complete by the time Megatron came to the medical bay for a damage report on his injured soldiers.
Starscream confronted Megatron over a strategic gaffe immediately after the report, and Megatron shot him with his fusion cannon, ordering that he be added to the damaged list.
Starscream was fully repaired in time for the subsequent attack on the Ark. The Last Stand
