- The Initiative is a human organization from the Revenge of the Fallen franchise in the live-action film continuity family.

The Initiative is a shadowy organization. They have a military arm with access to effective anti-Cybertronian weaponry. Their purpose and endgame remains a mystery.

Carter - An older male. He has the call sign "Initiaitive-1" so he's probably important.
