The galaxy-spanning war between the Autobots and the Decepticons is introduced to an unsuspecting humanity!
Synopsis
As Optimus Prime and the Autobots roar down the street toward a terrified Sari Sumdac, an ominous voice narrates an incredible story to us. As the narrator goes on, Sari screams "W-who are these guys!?" and marvels at the fact that they're Transforming.
They introduce themselves as the Transformers and narrative boxes give us their individual names and fuctions. The narrator (presumably Optimus Prime) tells that they are super robot lifeforms from the planet Cybertron. As Optimus explains that they are the heroic Autobots, a sudden explosion occurs behind him. Optimus plucks Sari up (as Bumblebee does an anime wildtake) and protects her with his body.
The evil Decepticons, led by Starscream, have attacked. Starscream is accompanied by Blackarachnia and Lockdown, whose names and functions are provided with narrative text.
The two factions clash in an all-out brawl, as the head of Megatron looms ominously in the background, observing the fight. At stake is the AllSpark, a source of great power.
