Doug Parker

Doug Parker is a Canadian voice actor and voice director. His first break in the business was as the voice of Jolene in the 1985 cartoon Kissyfur (which is not nearly as disturbing as it sounds). As a voice director, he worked on the 3rd and 4th seasons of G.I. Joe (the ones produced by DiC). He's probably best remembered for his work on Beast Wars, although it's also kind of notable that he once taunted Jesus in an animated retelling of the Gospels.
