Kalkars are aliens from the Blackthorne portion of the Generation 1 continuity family.

The Kalkars are a race of lizard men. They are at war with the people of Andegea, who are also lizard men, but who have more sensible teeth. There is currently a truce, although it may be that the Kalkars treat a truce as an opportunity to recharge their weapons.
