Fumihiko Tachiki (立木 文彦 Tachiki Fumihiko) is a Japanese voice actor and narrator born April 29, 1961 in Nagasaki, Japan. Known for his low voice, he was originally a blues singer before taking up voice acting, rising to prominence in such roles as Kenpachi Zaraki in Bleach, Yuuichi Kirisaki in Yakitate! Japan, Sloth in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and of course, Gendo Ikari in Neon Genesis Evangelion, as well as the narrator (and belt voice) of Kamen Rider W. Along with Toshiyuki Morikawa, he is part of the musical group 2HEARTS.
